Dr Bosse judged four preliminary rounds and a semi-final for the oral rounds of the competition. The judges are drawn from intellectual property academics and legal practitioners. The Intellectual Property Moot is held annually in Oxford over 3 days in March and hosted by the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre. The competition invites teams from universities around the world to prepare written submissions and present oral argument on each side of a hypothetical intellectual property law problem set by experts in the field.
