I was invited to appear before the Justice Committee to give evidence about the proposed repeal of the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012. This was based on an earlier written submission of evidence, which itself was based on 5 years of ethnographic research on Protestant loyalism in Scotland.
