Co-organized with Dr Michelle Downes (UCD), the All-Island Educational Neuroscience (AIEN) launch event aimed to promote collaboration in educational neuroscience across the island of Ireland.

The Knowledge Exchange Day, held at UCD, served as a vibrant forum for sharing insights and building connections. Primary school teachers, parents, policymakers, and researchers from across Ireland came together to discuss the complexities of mind wandering in early education. The event explored experiences and understanding of mind wandering in relation to school tasks during the first two years of formal education. Collaborative ideas were generated through a World Café session, where attendees engaged in discussions around four 'big questions' on the theme of mind wandering.
