I contributed to the inaugural reading of the Executive Summary of the final report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) of Canada. This event was organised by Landspeak, the Ireland Canada University Foundation (ICUF) and the Centre of Canadian Studies at University College Dublin (UCD). The online event included contributions from indigenous leaders based in Canada and representatives from the Canadian Embassy in Dublin and the Quebec Delegation in London. It was timed to mark Canada's first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (September 30th, 2021).

Following the opening of the reading on September 30th, an online community was forged to meet weekly on Zoom to read the report out loud. On Monday 20th December, 2021, we finally completed the reading, with the “Calls to Action”.
