Derek Egioze is the Programme Coordinator for the Education Enhancement Plus Programme at Diverse YouthNI for the young people from BAME backgrounds. Their goal is to foster greater interest and engagement in STEM subjects through interactive, practical sessions in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. We deliver these sessions in an informal, fun, and engaging manner, ensuring young people develop both knowledge and enthusiasm for science. As part of their commitment to this initiative, they organize field trips and science tours to provide hands-on learning experiences.
