    I was invited by the Australian Council of Heads of Schools of Social Work (ACHSSW) to a colloquium that brought together international world leaders in social work education with the aim of advancing international debate and collaboration. The colloquium, held at the Monash Prato Centre in Italy, was by invitation only and limited to 50 participants. I was invited because of my leadership in the area of social work education, and in particular the involvement of service users.
