Description
This webinar presented selected findings from a £1.7 million funded research programme examining causal links between workplace mental health and wellbeing practices and organisational productivity. The session outlined the rationale for promoting good mental health at work, including the economic impact of mental ill-health and the business case for employer investment in supportive policies. National and international policy contexts were explored, and the pivotal role of line managers in supporting mental health was emphasised.
