Visit to Los Angeles in March 2025 as part of a collaboration with Loyola Marymount University, focused on advancing shared approaches to community–academic partnerships, education equity, and inclusive urban development. The visit supported knowledge exchange between Queen’s Communities and Place (QCAP) and LMU faculty, with discussions centred on place-based methodologies, participatory research, and the role of universities in addressing structural inequality through sustained engagement with communities.
