This PPI Interest Group forms the Faculty PPI Forum whose aim was to provide a public perspective on research activities to support the development of good quality, meaningful research projects and successful grant applications.The group impacted the study design; identified more meaningful research topics and questions; more relevant and accessible findings; quicker dissemination and translation into appropriate and timely interventions. It also worked on improving the relationships between communities and professionals.
I participated in the Involvement Conference: "Influence, Impact and Innovate" and interacted with the public. Centre: Crumlin Road Gaol, Belfast, 21st Nov, 2019
