in 2022 I was appointed to the Project Board created to guide National Museums NI through the development and execution of a new interpretive masterplan for the Ulster Museum. This will involve the development of new narrative structures in some of the main galleries, re-thinking how best to use and develop existing collections, and exploring ways to engage audiences in an inclusive and positive way.
