Mentor – SistersIN Leadership Programme (2023–2024)

Description

As part of my commitment to widening participation and supporting the next generation of female leaders, I served as a mentor in the SistersIN Leadership Programme by developing their confidence, leadership skills, and career aspirations, build resilience and broaden perspectives 

Leadership Mentorship: provided guidance on Leadership Development, helping my mentee build self-efficacy, communication skills, and goals.

Job Shadowing Experience (March 2024): facilitated job-shadowing, giving my mentee direct insight into my professional role as an academic leader

Mentee testimonial: Despite obstacles, there is no one more capable of the challenge than an empowered female.
