Mentored several postdoctoral researchers including Jie Feng (Research Fellow, School of Pharmacy) and Hojjat Naderi-Meshkin (Research Fellow, WWIEM) in 2024, supporting the development of their scholarly activities and providing guidance on leadership development, HEA fellowship applications, and strategies to expand their professional networks and enhance their academic impact.
