Description

The Model Law on Non-Conviction Records has been developed by the Collateral Consequences Resource Center 9CCRC) in collaboration with a group of advisors from academia and legal professions. It provides guidance on limiting access to and use of records of criminal matters that do not result in conviction. It also sets the stage for jurisdictions to address record relief for convictions.
