This was a joint workshop hosted by the RCN and the Southern Trust, open to all third year nursing/midwifery students and newly registered nurses/midwives. Covering a number of topics including; Delegation, Escalating Concerns, Communicating, sharing personal and patient experience and promoting the work of the NRN Network.
