Description

NI Frailty Network seeks to bring professionals responsible for supporting older people into one regional network to ensure older people are receiving timely assessments for timely interventions when frailty indicators arise. Stakeholders from across the region including older people and carers inform the work of the network. I have supported the expert advisory panel by conducting a consensus workshop and hold the position of educational advisor.
