Description

The NIHR Future-focused Leaders Programme is for current leaders based within NIHR or delivering a national role for NIHR. This programme enhance my skills in leading across organisational boundaries, leading strategy and change and influencing others to achieve the strategic aims of NIHR. The programme was designed around exploring Leading Yourself, Leading Others and Leading Beyond Authority The Future-Focused Leadership Programme extended over a period of twelve months and consisted of three residential workshops, webinars and online modules.
