Description

The OCCAMS (Oesophageal Cancer Clinical and Molecular Stratification) consortium is a network of clinical centres recruiting oesophageal adenocarcinoma patients in an attempt to identify clinical, demographic and molecular factors affecting disease progression. As a member of the scientific committee I have access to the genomic and clinical datasets, allowing me to instigate new research and collaborations, and am involved in the approval of collaborative research projects.
