Description

“On Building a Voice,” is an essay that I have written, upon visual artist Lisa Skuret's invitation, as a response to Skuret's site-specific live installation and performance, titled "A Call From the Library" (2014), realized in collaboration with sound artist Seth Ayyaz, and performers Guy Harries and Kay Grant.

My presentation at the symposium, Embodied Sound: Symposium and Performance, curated by Guy Harries, was based on this essay.
