Description
Ben de Haldevang, an experienced change consultant and author of 'Save the Silver Bullet: The Small Steps to Successful Transformation’. visited QBS to facilitate an interactive workshop for the MSc HRM students studying Organisational Change.
Ben designed an interactive session where the students were tasked with analysing and planning for a change scenario, considering numerous issues and perspectives including finance, communication, infrastructure, PR and reputation, and employee resistance. The practical task was an excellent introduction to the range of issues that are explored further in the module. Ben also took the time to discuss career paths in HR and beyond, offering valuable advice to our students as they prepare for their futures.
