official launch of the Equity of Access and Outcome report on 1 November 2024, a strategic policy document focused on strengthening access, outcomes, and workforce development for learning disability nursing in Northern Ireland. The launch event brought together senior health leaders, policymakers, professional stakeholders, and academic representatives to support implementation of the report’s recommendations. This work contributes to regional policy development, workforce planning, and the strategic strengthening of learning disability nursing services and education.
