Presented findings from a paper published in the Medical Law Review on Mental Health and Capacity Laws in Northern Ireland. Presentation was to a judicial delegation from the Republic of Malawi at the School of Law (QUB). The delegation included The Honourable Rizine R. Mzikamanda, SC (Chief Justice), The Honourable Justice F.E. Kapanda, SC, JA, The Honourable Justice Etness Chanza and His Honour Patrick Kamisa.
