The research presented was entitled 'Innovation by Professionals: The Changing Face of Public Conflict Resolution in Ireland' It discussed findings from the research, mapped the changing characteristics of public dispute resolution in Ireland, and made recommendations to the Workplace Relations Commission regarding strategic and operational priorities.
