Description
Commissioned by the Health and Social Care Board, with colleague Devaney, to deliver a professional forum for first line managers working in family and child care services. The principle aim of the professional forum was to provide first line managers with an opportunity to discuss and debate the factors impacting on their practice and decision making, with particular reference to supporting professional judgement and consistency in decision making between different parts of the Gateway service, both within and between Health and Social Care Trusts.
