Description:
Led the Northern Ireland portion of digital education development relating to collaborative MSc programs in Cardiovascular Nursing and Pediatric Nursing between Queen's University Belfast and Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU). This initiative supported the launch of MBRU's College of Nursing and Midwifery, contributing to the advancement of nursing education in the UAE.

Key Achievements:
• Advised the design and implementation of digital learning content for two MSc programs
• Facilitated the transition of course materials from Canvas LMS to D2L Desire To Learn platform
• Collaborated with academic staff to develop innovative assessment strategies aligned with program objectives
• Participated in initial program scoping and module development discussions, ensuring alignment with educational technology best practices

Impact:
• Enabled the successful launch of MSc programs
• Supported the education of UAE's nursing workforce
• Facilitated international knowledge transfer through the partnership between Queen's University Belfast and MBRU
