Invited member of the Queen’s Nursing Institute Field Specific Standards Advisory Board, contributing specialist academic expertise to the development of national standards for specialist practitioner education and practice in community and learning disability nursing. This work supported the development of nationally recognised educational and practice standards aligned with Nursing and Midwifery Council requirements and national workforce priorities. The advisory board brought together academic leaders, clinical experts, and professional stakeholders to shape postgraduate specialist practitioner education and strengthen workforce capability across the United Kingdom.
