QUB Cardiac Research Group Annual Heart Health Conference - 2023: Bringing Patients, Carers, and Professionals together to Improve Outcomes.

Description

In acknowledgement of World Heart Day, members of the CRG within the School of Nursing and Midwifery at QUB organised and delivered a cardiac conference to patients, carers, and professionals. The aims were:

• Raise awareness of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment.
• Equip patients, carers, and professionals with knowledge of the latest cardiac research conducted at QUB.
• Highlight the importance of patient and public involvement input in maximising research quality and integrity.
• Provide an effective networking opportunity for delegates.
