Description

Since September 2024, I have been invited to lead the University’s institutional training for Advisors of Studies, recognising my expertise in academic advising, student support, and educational leadership. In this role, I design and deliver core and developmental training sessions for new and continuing Advisors of Studies across the institution, aligning content with QUB policy, UKAT professional standards, and emerging sector best practice. This work has strengthened the consistency, quality, and confidence of advising practice across Faculties, and has provided a structured platform for sharing evidence-informed approaches to inclusive advising, wellbeing support, and student success.
