Description

I had the privilege of initiating, organizing, and chairing the first QUB-NIE roundtable discussion, focused on exploring research collaboration and partnership opportunities. The goal was to accelerate the transition to a Net-Zero electricity system while ensuring the lowest possible costs for consumers in Northern Ireland. The workshop brought together power and energy academics alongside senior managers and directors from NIE, and the fruitful discussions resulted in many potential collaboration opportunities.
