Description

I contributed to the development of 40 probationary staff on how to use critical reflection and core professional values of the HEA

Quote from Programme Coordinator:
Eiman has made significant impact as an examiner on PGCHET. She heavily contributed to the development of many competent QUB practitioners, guiding them on how to use a critically reflective and evidence-based approach to their teaching and assessment. She promoted the core professional values related to evidence-based scholarships. I would like to thank her for her impact on the probationary QUB staff. She also works with me as an assessor on QUEEN'S MERIT AWARD. She is a very effective in assessing applications for Senior Fellowships of the Higher Education, giving valuable feedback for successful resubmissions. Dr Joe Allen, PGCHET Director
