Contributed to the Third DEIB Forum on international student awarding gaps, by delivering a recorded welcome address as iRISE Co-Chair. My remarks underscored the role of collegial collaboration and inclusive practice in tackling structural barriers to attainment and strengthening a sense of belonging for international students.
