Selfcare for healthcare activity of 1 hour session with Ray Ginley from Tribe Belfast gym. Undergraduate year 1 nursing students were given the opportunity to do a 45 minute session of boxing and also were delivered a 15 minute talk from Ray who has experience of family working in healthcare.
