Toolkit Overview:The QUB Digital Assessment & Feedback Toolkit, is a comprehensive online resource designed to empower staff in optimising their assessment and feedback practices through the strategic use of digital tools and pedagogies. It features staff and student case studies, authentic assessment examples, practical guidance in the use of digital technologies (including Generative AI in assessment), frameworks for measuring digital capabilities, and open-access materials on assessment theory and practice. The Toolkit has been adopted under the Strategy 2030 ‘Transforming Assessment Workstream’.
About the Steering Group:
The purpose is to guide and oversee the development and enhancement of the Digital Assessment & Feedback Toolkit. the group is a dynamic team of invested colleagues and students who are passionate about advancing assessment and feedback practices at Queen's University Belfast.
Key Responsibilities:
The Steering Group plays a crucial role in achieving the following objectives:
• Identifying and gathering resources required for the toolkit.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on Toolkit content, design, and layout.
• Developing quality assurance criteria and guidance for staff.
• Contributing resources and authentic voices to the toolkit.
• Supporting toolkit promotion and awareness raising.
• Ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and best practices.
