Leon Litvack planned the English contributions to Open Days and Offer Holder days, made personal contact each year with all GB offer holders for Single Honours English, to encourage their firm acceptance. He planned the annual NI Schools event, with talks for over 100 GCSE and AS-level students on their set English texts. In 2024 he developed an effective working relationship with QUB Strategic Partner the University of California at Santa Cruz, and its internationally renowned Dickens Project; he is bringing the Project’s annual conference, the Dickens Universe (which attracts over 150 delegates), to QUB in 2028
