Description

During my ERC Starting Grant (2019-2024) I successfully directed and supervised the research of the equivalent of >10 years FTE Research Fellow time, including Personal Development Reviews, namely:

* Dr Brian Cunningham (2019-2025); now a Research Software Engineer at the NIHPC/Kelvin2 team at QUB; awarded the 2023 QUB Postdoctoral Development Centre Research Prize (following my nomination).

* Dr Charlie Rawlins (2020-2022); subsequently a 4-year Research Fellow in QUB Centre for Quantum Materials and Technologies; UK FLF applicant with proposal synergistic to my group's work (2025).

* Dr Andrew Swann (2021-2024), now a Mathematics Teacher at Belfast Royal Academy.
