Consultancy work with Human Dignity Trust on a project funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to produce a comprehensive research paper on sexual consent that will assist in the development of new sexual offences legislation across the Commonwealth. The paper provided a detailed comparative analysis of the different approaches to consent within sexual offences legislation, providing a comprehensive examination of the various options for statutorily defining the concept.

Other deliverables as part of the project included an executive summary and a PowerPoint of the key findings.
