RIBA Council determines strategy and gives advice to the RIBA Board of Trustees - and it agreed in Feb 2022 to the establishment of an expert advisory group, led by Alan Jones, on`Delivery' a theme of the RIBA President's Fact Finding Mission (2021) (Jones, A., et al) and the RIBA Masterplan to 2034 (Jones, A., Pringle, J., & Vallance, A.). The group comprises of RIBA Council members and leading relevant members of industry, addressing the trajectory of government procurement and architects practices in meeting the increasing emphasis on achieving performance and delivering outcomes for users and society.
