I was solely responsible for coordination and redesign of the FQSN display and activities at the Science at Queens event. The display reflected sustainability and environmental concerns and current issues relevant to the food industry. This well attended event was an excellent opportunity to promote the FQSN pathway to potential new students. Engagement levels were high and very positive feedback from attendees was received.
