Description

As the FMHLS Staff Councillor Representative at Gender Equality Committee, I promoted gender equality through:

1- I have written a piece of work on "My inspirational Woman" on the women of the Faculty QUB page.

2- I was a Panellist for the Panel Discussion on the International Women's day. The theme of this Discussion Event was: "The Challenges of Covid 19: A female prospective". I co-led to the organisation of this event. During this event, I led the discussion on the challenges posed by COVID-19 pandemic, the mounting pressures of increased workloads, the disruption to research and the shift to online teaching and learning, simultaneously with the added pressures of school closure and social isolation.
