Description

With the support of the QUB team, a NI adapted 15-item Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) questionnaire was developed as a means for routine inquiry and consideration of ACEs during initial assessment processes. Alongside this, a Family Life Stories practice workbook for use with families involved in longer term intervention was developed to facilitate improved relationships and engagement between social workers and service users. Training was delivered by Dr Suzanne Mooney and Dr Lisa Bunting to pilot teams across South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust.
