I was commissioned by the Assistant Director for Programmes and Interventions at Probation Board for Northern Ireland to provide bespoke, specialist training for Probation Staff to assist in their work in this area going forward. My training focused on the key messages from research and evidence as a basis for planning such future service user involvement developments and initiatives.
