Description

Co-organised international workshop for end of ESRC/DFG/NWO Staying Rural project. Dissemination of findings and discussion of policy implications.
Delegates included senior representatives in rural policy from the governments of NI (UK), Netherlands and Germany, from EU policy (EU Commission and the LEADER programme), third sector organisations focused on rural communities/sustainability, and selected academics (UK, Netherlands, Germany).
