Description
This was part of a visit I co-organised, by aQUB delegation to South Africa between 21st November 5th December 2022. This was funded by a QUB GlobalResearch Partnership Development award. The team visited the Institute of Life CourseHealth Research (ILCHR), Stellenbosch University (SU).
The main objectives/activities were to: 1.Strengthen Networks with ILCHR 2.Plan writing and publications with ILCHR 3.Explore exchanging visiting researcherpositions 4.Expand networks in Stellenbosch (Research onSocioeconomic Policy group - RESEP)
Activities included: 1.Meetings with university researchers 2.Delivery of symposia 3.Visit to Masiphuhlisane Research Centre in theKhayelitsha Township 4.Research methods workshops & LogicModelling Sessions 5.Writing retreat
