Description

Supervision of an undergraduate students who took part in an 8 week summer internship with the Centre for Biomedical Sciences Education. They worked on a projected titled, "Preparation of Anatomical Specimens for Museum Display."

This project aimed to offer and develop valuable practical and theoretical skills required for maintaining and creating potted anatomical and/or pathological specimens to showcase or use in education. Students gained experience in museum techniques including auditing, database management, basic renovation, cleaning, and repair.
