A review to identify needs of the Professions across all Practice settings.
The DoH through the FNFM Programme Board (Sept 2021) has commissioned this project to capture information which will identify good practice that might be replicated including e.g the role of Practice Education Teams and to make recommendations to further develop the support required across all practice settings including the HSC Trusts, Independent Sector Organisations, Hospices and Primary Care.
