The talk was delivered to a group of international partners/leads of the European Commission/Erasmus+ funded SHINE project. The project partners include the European YWCA, Dungannon Enterprise Centre (Ireland), European E-Learning Institute, Gal Meridaunia (Italy), Momentum (Ireland) and the Clinton Leadership Institute (Queen's Management School, QUB).
