The Leading Researchers Programme aims to equip senior researchers with the leadership skills, knowledge and behaviours required to win large-scale strategic funding and together shape thriving university environments. Designed and delivered by 64 Million Artists and currently running at six other leading UK universities, this innovative programme provides participants the space and time to develop their long-term and large-scale research ambitions. It helps them acquire leadership skills that stand up to complex university environments and develop supportive relationships with colleagues, funders and stakeholders that seed equitable research culture.
