This student-led conference offered a unique opportunity to discuss highly relevant and timely issues pertaining to displacement and arrival including; integration policies and initiatives, migrant activism, public and media representations of newcomers, racism and xenophobia. The conference was comprised of presentations from academics, practitioners and activists from a variety of backgrounds.
