The President of The Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation will be visiting QUB to discuss the current skills gap across the transport sector. She will join our think tank event wherein researchers and professionals will co-create ideas and solutions to address the gap. Attendees will be split into four groups to storyboard solutions to challenges including car dependency, public transport uptake and customer expectations, economic and carbon balancing of major infrastructure, transport automation and proactive cyber security, fuel sources, strategic transport planning and 15 minute neighborhoods.
