Understanding the impact, management, and prevention of work-related stress during COVID-19 - University of Nottingham Executive Board

Activity: Talk or presentation typesInvited talk

Description

I was invited to present to the University of Nottingham Executive Board on “Understanding the Impact, Management and Prevention of Work-Related Stress during COVID-19.”

In this role, I reported findings from the University-wide psychosocial risk assessment, for which I served as Academic Lead. The presentation examined patterns of work-related stress, mental health risks and organisational pressures arising during the pandemic, alongside evidence-based recommendations for mitigation and prevention.

I outlined strategic actions to support staff wellbeing, strengthen leadership capability and embed preventative approaches within institutional policy and practice. This contribution informed senior decision-making at Executive level and supported the development of a coordinated organisational response to workforce wellbeing during and beyond COVID-19.
