Chair, ABC Post ICU Trial, Trial Steering Committee

The ABC Post ICU Trial is investigating whether in patients discharged from intensive care with moderate to severe anaemia, correction of anaemia using blood transfusions will improve quality of life, disability, and other measures of well-being. It is funded by the JP Moulton Foundation, and coordinated by the Edinburgh Clinical Trials Unit, UK.
